The 2013 San Gabriel Valley Literary Festival will be hosted at the West Covina Civic Center, conveniently located off of Interstate 10 at West Covina Parkway and West Garvey Avenue.
From the 10-East: exit West Covina Pkwy. The exit ramp will fork–keep left. Continue straight after the light onto W. Garvey Avenue. Stay right and look for the sign that says “West Covina Civic Center”. Follow the signs to free event parking at the Main Lot or 3-tier Parking Structure.
From the 10-West exit W. Pacific Ave. Keep Right on exit ramp. Make a right on West Covina Pkwy. Stay Left and at the next light, turn left onto W. Garvey Ave. Stay right and look for the sign that says “West Covina Civic Center.” Follow the signs to free event parking at the Main Lot or 3-tier Parking Structure.

Parking:

Park in the Main Lot off Garvey or the 3-tier Parking Structure off Sunset Ave.
No Festival parking will be available at the lot next to the Public Library.
Do not park at the K-Mart; they tow. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or towing.

Traveling by Public Transit

Foothill Transit operates Silver Streak, 498, and the 178 line which make stops at City Hall/Civic Center along West Covina Parkway and Toluca Ave.
Other nearby lines (480, 488, 281, 185, 272) make stops at the West Covina Mall, which is only a short walk away.
Locally, you can also travel aboard West Covina’s “Go West” shuttle service.
